Built in lights is a very good way of illuminating an area. They provide excellent illumination. Placing them in different patterns makes the ceiling look magnificent and flashy. They are usually very small in size. However, are highly effective. Artemide Architectural LD System is a collection of stunning built-in ceiling lights.

Details About The Design Of The Products

There are two designers of these products. These are Paolo Rizzatto and Alberto Meda. All of them are of different sizes. Therefore, chances of getting the required size in this collection are very high. All of these lights are lustrous. They give an elegant look to the ceiling as well as the room.

Other Specifications Of The Products

These lights use metal halide, halogen or fluorescent lamps. The body is of injection molded aluminium and steel. Thus, it is very strong. The reflectors are of highly pure aluminium. These are resistant to high temperatures. The injection molded aluminium ring is available in three colors which are white, nickel or chrome. The hit version has a UV filter in the design. The integral ballast goes with fluorescent version only. LD System 96 has the diameter of 96 mm. its height is 169 mm. the installation diameter is 81 mm. Its weight can be 1.17 kg or 1.37 kg. The LD System 156 has a diameter of 156 mm. It is available in three different heights. These heights include 130 mm, 170 mm and 230 mm. Its installation diameter is 137 mm. Its weight can be 0.58 kg, 0.61 kg or 0.97 kg. The LD System 66 has a diameter of 66 mm. its overall height is 47 mm. the installation diameter for this product is 58 mm. its weight is merely 0.68 kg. The LD System 206 is available in three different heights. These are 132 mm, 200 mm and 255 mm. the diameter of the product is 206 mm while its installation diameter is 176 mm. its weight can be 0.92 kg, 1 kg or 2 kg. therefore, this is the heaviest in the collection.

Security Features Of The LD Collection

Most of the products have the same security features. All comply with IP20 type of protection against solids greater than 12 mm form of protection (DIN 40050). Most of them come under safety class III of protective low voltage only LD System 96 is under class of protective earthing. All stand an F against fire prevention classes. All the products come with an inspection seal of ENEC.
